Hearing Loss Facts

Hearing loss is becoming more common at a younger age.  Baby Boomers, those between the ages of 45 and 65, are developing hearing loss at a faster rate and younger age than previous generations.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Brookfield Hearing Center, formerly known as HH&W Hearing Center has recently become aware of probable fraudulent activity committed by one of our former Hearing Instrument Specialists Matthew J Schultz. We are shocked and saddened by the recent events and continue to partner with the Elm Grove Police Department regarding this matter.

At Brookfield Hearing Center, customer service and honesty have always been a top priority and we want to assure our patients that we have severed all ties with Mathew J Schultz and have implemented practices that will prevent this type of activity in the future. We as an organization will provide service on any of the products provided by Matthew J Schultz on behalf of our business. We are currently working with the manufactures that we represent to ensure service and warranties will be honored to all of those possibly affected.

Brookfield Hearing has brought on a new Hearing Instrument Specialist, Tiffany Wilson with over 10 years’ experience and we are excited that she will be able to provide the type of quality care, service and honesty that has always been our mission.

As this is an ongoing case, we will provide additional information when possible.

Is Hearing Loss Affecting You or Your Loved Ones?

Most Wellness and benefit plans do not take a proactive role in hearing health, with some basic education, annual testing, hearing protection and a proactive stance, future claims can be significantly reduced or even eliminated. Most plans allow the participants to seek out their own treatment plans and providers.

Our experience is that can lead to disastrous results. From overcharging, misdiagnosis, to improper solutions.

This is why we created the Brookfeild Hearing Plan and Network. A single access point to education, testing, diagnosis and hearing loss solutions.
